This means that people acquire strong awareness and begin, in an observable way, to change their behaviors for the better. ► Sales training and Emotional Intelligence programs applied to Sales. Always up to date and valid both for sellers at the beginning of their career, and for the more experienced ones who have already done so many courses and are looking for confirmations and checks on their methods. ► Support to CHANGE MANAGEMENT paths. I am FOUR ROOMS OF CHANGE® CERTIFIED USER and the Four Rooms of Change® tools are highly effective in evolving or changing contexts because they involve people in the change that they are experiencing. All identify themselves in the moment and this creates a new capacity for action and commitment to the expected results. ► Team Coaching of great practical impact. I use two methods both very structured and punctuated by precise times and expected results that give order to the conversations that are created (The Organizational® Barometer and the Coaching by Values®). The participants appreciate very much that we focus on the actions to be done to improve the future and we do not waste time on controversies and discussions anchored to the past. I am committed to having work sessions that have important content and results in an atmosphere of joy, participation, play and motivation. I have been a manager in large multinational companies reaching management positions and this allows me to combine training and coaching techniques with pragmatism and company concreteness, generating results and involvement.
