Min egen resa har gått från kemiindustri till personkemi. Jag har komplex och långsiktig försäljning, KAM och teamutveckling med mig i bagaget. Jag stöttar ledningsgrupper och försäljningschefer som vill utveckla grupper till innovativa och hållbara team! En grupp är inte alltid ett team. Ineffektivitet kostar pengar! Som förändringsledare hjälper jag ledning att öka förståelsen för hur förändring påverkar individ och grupp. Försäljning bygger på relationer. Relationer bygger på personkemi ... och framför allt på att förstå hur personkemin fungerar.

My journey has gone from the chemical industry to personal chemistry. I help groups develop into strong teams before and during change or a relaunch. I assist developing leaders in sales organisations, who dare to invest in sustainable teams, to achieve an efficient and healthy work environment. Together, we eliminate risk that increases the company’s costs by: - increasing the understanding for each other’s similarities and differences - getting all who share the responsibility to speak the "same language" - clarifying the division of tasks and roles - reducing stress - reducing long-term sick leave - implementing long-term leadership - creating a firmly established action plan - increasing the understanding of change I’m not the traditional HR Consultant, but have a background from sales in the chemical industry, where I worked with complex sales, KAM and team development. Sales is built upon relationship. Relationship is built upon personal chemistry ... especially to understand how personal chemistry works.
