Jag är grundare av och VD för företagsgruppen A&L Partners AB (1991) och Fyrarummaren AB (2013). Tillsammans med upphovsmannen Claes Janssen, mina ägarpartners genom åren och inte minst genom feed-back och idéer från drygt 1.500 certifierade användare har vi utvecklat konceptet till att bli mer och mer anpassat för ett alltmer globaliserat affärs- och arbetsliv. Det är med viss stolthet - en hel del Nöjdhet och Inspiration - som jag konstaterar att Claes Janssens teori från 70-talets mitt nu sprids i Sverige av bortåt 300 certifierade användare, samt inte minst för att vårt arbete nu etablerats på sex kontinenter. Distributörer och Corporate Partners har de senaste 10 åren i hög grad bidragit till att Fyrarummaren fått fäste i de mest varierande sammanhang och sociala system.

I am the founder and CEO och the small group of companies where A&L Partners AB is the holding company and Fyrarummaren AB is responsible for the commercial spreading of the Four Rooms of Change globally. It is breathtaking to consider that we have managed to bring the Four Rooms of Change to so many places in so many countries on six continents. It would never have happened without the 1.500+ certified users in Sweden and elsewhere, the Distributors and Corporate Partners globally and last but not least all the businesses - private and public - who have experienced the Four Rooms so helpful that they have decided to keep using it, in many cases for more than ten years.
